The Sequel:                                                  

The sequel to Nasha is called The Return of the Lion People. In it, the clan has settled into a comfortable life in the valley. They continue to make amazingly inventive discoveries, and they come in contact with people from other places who expand their knowledge. Then something unthinkable happens. A warlike tribe called the Lion People reappears after being absent for years.

The Lion People live in a rocky stronghold deep in the mountains and come out only when they plunder less aggressive bands of people. They are merciless when they attack a clan, stealing what they can, killing the men, and kidnapping the women and children. Lartha foresees their return, but there is almost nothing that can stop them. Their reappearance may mean the end to the peaceful clans in the region.
